A "redo" of the "I do"

Wedding Day

Kari and Luke's wedding took place at The Hollyhock House in Kewaunee, Wisconsin. The reception was held at Beverly Gardens in Denmark, Wisconsin

So Kari and Luke have been "on my books" for almost three years! They booked with us in advance after Kari was part of a previous wedding I shot. She booked us right away so there was plenty of time to plan for her 2020 wedding..... Well, we all know what happened in 2020, so they decided to do a very small, intimate wedding in 2020 and then "redo" the wedding in 2021! It was such an honor to not only photograph their engagement photos, their small 2020 wedding as well as the 2021 super bash!

Luke and Kari are so fun. Luke being quiet and reserved(until the brews are flowing). Kari is an absolute sweetheart and the ideal bride to photograph! She was willing to do whatever!

I honestly can say that I'm somewhat sad that their wedding saga is all over and I won't be photographing their wedding anymore.... Let's just hope for some maternity photos in the future! haha
